Customer knowledge is critical for business and marketing strategy, companies are turning to Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based data analysis better understand user experience behavior in both product service sectors. This paper discusses the importance of customer tools obtaining it using AI-based analysis. While has many benefits, such as advanced detailed analytics, also drawbacks, privacy human-biased factor that machine can learn from interacting with humans. AI a delicate technology should be controlled by humans because cannot replace service, relationship management, situations.
